Fees include all sessions, workshops, continental breakfasts, lunches and attendee/faculty reception. *Cancellation of complimentary registration must be made at least 48-hours prior to the start of the course. Cancellations made less than 48-hours prior will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee, which will be charged to your credit card. A credit card number must be provided with complimentary registration.
